The Coro Poblano is a chorus/vibrato guitar pedal that offers a range of modulation effects to enhance your guitar tone. With controls for rate, depth, and lag, as well as a waveform selector switch, the Coro Poblano allows you to create lush, warm modulations to suit your playing style.
The pedal is designed to offer a similar sound and functionality to the more expensive boutique chorus/vibrato pedals, at an affordable price point.
CONTROLS
- Rate – Adjusts the speed of the modulation effect. Turning the knob clockwise will increase the rate, while turning it counterclockwise will decrease the rate.
- Depth – Adjusts the intensity of the modulation effect. Turning the knob clockwise will increase the depth, while turning it counterclockwise will decrease the depth.
- Lag – Adjusts the delay time of the modulation effect. This control allows you to create more subtle or pronounced variations in the modulation. Turning the knob clockwise will increase the lag time, while turning it counterclockwise will decrease the lag time.
- Waveform Selector – Allows you to select between different modulation shapes. The Coro Poblano offers sine and triangle wave options.
- Blend – Adjusts the mix of dry and wet signals in the output. Turning the knob clockwise will increase the wet signal, while turning it counterclockwise will increase the dry signal.
POWER SUPPLY
The Coro Poblano requires a 9V DC power supply with a center-negative polarity. Ensure the power supply can provide at least 100mA of current.
Connect the power supply to the pedal’s power input using a standard 2.1mm barrel plug with a center-negative polarity to power the Coro Poblano. Do not use a power supply with a higher voltage rating, as this can damage the pedal.
When not in use, it is recommended to disconnect the pedal from the power supply to prolong the life of the pedal’s components.
