At Spicy Pedals, we’re passionate about helping you find the perfect tone. We offer a 30-day approval period on all items. If a pedal doesn’t strike the right chord with you, we totally understand. You can send it back, no hard feelings. However, drop us an email before you do, so we can guide you on the return process.

We do not charge any “restocking fees”, yet please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, even if you enjoyed free shipping on your order. It’s essential that the returned items are in their original, untouched condition, displaying no signs of wear or use – hold off on attaching that velcro! After all, everyone deserves a fresh, brand-new pedal experience, just like you did.

Ensure all original packaging, manuals, warranties, and accessories are included in the return package (although any sticker is yours to keep!). We urge you to be certain about your purchase and ensure it’s within your budget, as returns do tend to be a costly affair for our small operation.
